CR First Choice's Sire, Cordobes I Pictured above and below

Contender’s influence spreads throughout Germany, with his two sons, Cordobes I & II acquired by the Westfalen stud stud at Warendorf.   Cordobes I was the winner of his performance test in 1998 – scoring almost exactly the same jumping score as his celebrated sire, 146.29!

Cordobes, pictured left, is by the fabulous stallion, Contender, and like his sire, is a superior champion stallion with a performance test score of 146.29 points.  Better yet, Cordobes also scored high in the dressage category reaching an overall index of  133.03 points. More than 170 of his offspring are competing and winning at the international level.

CR First Choice's grand sire is the international stallion, Contender, and is widely regarded as one of the most important contributors in  Europe. Contender is a classic sire of the 1990's. He won his 100 day test and is now FIRST in his age group for production of successful offspring.  He produced the Champion stallion, Camiros, at the 1994 Holsteiner stallion approvals.

Born in 1984, of Stamm 2472, he is an internationally famous stallion with impressive statistics: 170 daughters and 23 approved sons, 16 offspring have already won in Dressage and jumping "S" level.  His foals and offspring are highly sought at auction in Holstein and Oldenburg.
