Dallas Grand Prix Results
To begin with, Stephanie and Paolo competed in the
$10,000 Dallas Grand Prix May 17 and 18, 2003. Paolo rode CR Fantasia
to a clear round with two time faults and a 7th place finish while
Stephanie, who was also clear, earned a 5th place in the jump off riding CR
Concorde. They rode against some tough competition, only six horses
went clear! They are both very excited about the performance of their
young Warmbloods. Paolo also finished 7th with another clear
round on CR Fantasia at the $15,000 Dallas Grand Prix on Memorial Day
weekend.

They also competed in the $5,000 Jumper Classic at
San Antonio where both entries jumped double clear. Paolo and CR

Updated Show Schedule
Our summer horse show schedule is updated and published.
We're starting with Waco mid-June followed by Louisiana and then on to
Biltmore Estates in North Carolina in mid-July.
In early September we will be attending two 'A' shows in
Louisiana as well as one 'C' show in
September at GSWEC for our novice riders and for those schooling young horses. Then we'll be traveling to Louisiana for two weeks at the end
of the month. For details, please go to the
Upcoming Shows link for more information. New Horses
We have three new horses coming from Germany. One
is a 5 year old Holsteiner gelding by
Corofino and another is a
5 year old Holsteiner mare by
Lordship.
The third horse is a 6 year old
Westphalian mare by
Lagavulin. We are always excited about new
horses and we can't wait to see them.
New Trainer
Most of you have met our new trainer,
Carolyn Guscott.
Carolyn has an impressive
resume and we
welcome her to Clear Round. "I am thrilled to be working alongside
Stephanie and Paolo, " said Carolyn. "My goal is to be part of their
team, riding and training with them daily, and keeping things running
smoothly with no interruptions when they are away showing. I am very
focused on continuing the same program that Stephanie and Paolo have
implemented, for both horses and riders. I am really excited about
this opportunity and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone at
Clear Round."
Other News
Stephanie has been invited as the clinician at a clinic
being held at the Fort Bend County arena on August 17th.
We're looking forward to a great summer at Clear Round
Show Jumpers!
