Internationally Renowned Grand Prix Competitor, Alois Pollman-Schweckhorst's Clinic at Clear Round has been Cancelled because he has been chosen to ride in the $750,000 Invitational Dubai Grand Prix

Alois Pollman-Schweckhorst has competed in countless international Grand Prix events including the FEI World Cup Championships held at Las Vegas where he tied fellow countryman, Lars Nieberg, for second with double clear rounds behind leader, and eventual winner, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum on the first day of competition.  He earned the ninth position overall riding Candy 195.

Alois speaks fluent English and will be teaching a two-day clinic at Clear Round the first week of January, 2006 and all riders are encouraged to participate.

Aurelia Elena Tropia arrived on October 19, 2005 at 7:56 a.m. in Houston, Texas, USA to proud parents Paolo and Stephanie Tropia.   She weighed in at 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 18 inches long.  Click on the link above to see pictures of the new baby.

       Results from the Recent Shows

Last week at Great Southwest, Katie Rhorer rode CR Concorde to an eleventh place finish while Paolo earned Reserve Champion Level 5 riding CR Flambeau.  Stephanie Bryant earned Reserve Champion on CR Atlas in the Children's Modified Hunter Division.  Lacey Merrick and CR Advocate finished second in Level 3, Molly Gairdner and CR Homeward Bound earned third, fourth and fifth in Level 6 and Alexandra Myers and CR Moonlight picked up second in Level 6.  Paolo and CR Joy Ride earned a red ribbon in Level 5.

The Final Chase show is going on now through the weekend and will will update this page with news after the show has been completed.

             New Owners, New Horses

Paolo and Stephanie would like to welcome clients Lacey Merrick and Caitlin Hipp and her horse, Lion.

CR Encore and CR Beethoven arrived last month from Germany.  Also, we expect two new young horses, Serendipity CR and Shenandoah CR, to arrive before too long.

Congratulations to Lacey Merrick on her new horse, CR Advocate and to her sister, Amanda Merrick of Louisiana and her new horse, Jackpot.  Both are already winning ribbons on their new mounts.
