Dateline, Houston, Texas, June 26, 2003 -- Welcome to our June News update.

 Louisiana $10,000 Grand Prix

Stephanie and Paolo competed in the $10,000 Louisiana Grand Prix June 22, 2003.  CR Fantasia and Paolo earned 7th while Stephanie and CR Dynasty finished 6th with double clear rounds.  CR Fantasia claimed 2nd place in the $5,000 Gambler's Choice and another 2nd in the $2,500 Intermediate Jumper Classic.  One of the new horses, the five-year-old Holsteiner by Corofino, CR Espirit, won the $1,000 Jumper Classic with a lightning fast round.

Congratulations To Emma Caplan!

Both Paolo and Stephanie would like to congratulate Emma Caplan on her first-ever Grand Prix ride at the Louisiana $10,000.  Emma had a great performance aboard Invador.

New Horses Update

Two of the three new horses have arrived from Germany.  CR Espirit, the 5 year old Holsteiner gelding by Corofino turned quite a few heads at his first US show at Louisiana.   CR Lena, the 6 year old Westphalian mare by Lagavulin, has also arrived.  We are awaiting the arrival of the five year old Holsteiner mare by Lordship.
