Stallion: Lordanos

Lordanos possesses tremendous scope and is extremely rideable.

His sire Landos, the young son of the great Lord, also inherited and passes fabulous genealogy on the dam side through Calypso I and Capitano.

The maternal grandfather, Ahorn Z, comes from two great international champions, Alme (François Mathy) and Heureka (Hermann Scridde),  and is well known for transmitting his showjumping ability on to his progeny.

In the third generation, one finds Calypso again, which is not surprising considering the breadth of his multiple descendants in world class dressage and showjumping. He is one of the great reproductive chiefs of the Holstein breed.

Another to note in the ancestry of this horse is Cottage son XX .  The sire Landos as well as the dam Ashley represent the success and quality Holsteiner stam 776.  This line has produced numerous athletic performance stallions  such as Calvados I and II, Cortino I and II, Capitain Incipit, Lord Incipit, Lauritz J, Rossini, Toledo as well as the universal heir, Ramiro, found in the 4th generation.

Foals of Lordanos are highly prized for the homogeneity of their type, their showjumping prowess and their correctness of movement.
